Context
Pasukan Teknikal ICT Sekolah (PTIS) is the School ICT Technical Team under the Sektor Pengurusan Maklumat ICT, Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sarawak (JPNS). They manage and support ICT implementation across all schools in Sarawak.
With 443 computer technicians, 30 district coordinators, and a total staff of 497, PTIS supports 923+ schools across the state. Before MyPTIS, operations ran on paper forms, scattered Excel spreadsheets, and fragmented communication channels.
