Origin Story
The office admin at PPD Betong was managing all inventory in Excel — equipment records going back to the founding of the office. Tracking what existed, where it was, and whether it needed disposal was a constant struggle. Government KEW.PS forms had to be filled manually for every asset.
Invento was built to solve this directly. It digitizes the entire asset lifecycle — from registration and QR tagging through to maintenance and disposal — with automatic KEW.PS form generation. The project was presented at Kumpulan Inovasi Pendidikan Sarawak (KIPS) 2024 and won a Silver Award.
