You pay hosting directly to the provider, not through us. For most sites we recommend serverless hosting (Netlify or Vercel), which costs around $20/month (~RM 90). For lightweight single landing pages, we can use Cloudflare Workers — it's cheaper and still fast. If you already have hosting (e.g., Exabytes or Shinjiru), we can deploy there instead. We'll help you choose what's best for your project.

Yes. We can help you register a new domain (including .com.my) or connect an existing one. We'll handle the full DNS setup so your site goes live smoothly. Domain registration costs are separate, paid directly to the registrar — typically RM 40–120/year depending on the extension.

You'll need to share your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts if you have them) and the copy or text for your pages. We can help refine the messaging, but the core content needs to come from you. For visuals, we use abstract CSS art and geometric patterns by default, but you're welcome to provide your own photos or illustrations.

We charge per project, not hourly. Typically 50% deposit to start and 50% on completion before launch. For larger web applications, we can split payments into milestones — for example, 30% deposit, 40% at midpoint, and 30% on completion. We'll agree on the schedule upfront.

Business website plans include an easy-to-use editor so you can change text, swap images, and add pages without touching code. For web apps, we provide documentation and training for your team. Single page sites are typically updated by us.

Monthly maintenance subscription: • Basic Care — RM 150/month: Hosting monitoring, security patches, uptime checks, and up to 30 minutes of content updates. Best for single-page websites. • Standard Care — RM 300/month: Everything in Basic plus up to 1 hour of updates, monthly performance and analytics checks, and priority support. Best for business websites. Most popular. • Growth Care — From RM 600/month: Everything in Standard plus 2–3 hours of updates, feature tweaks, bug fixes, and monthly reports.
